Ye lahhh kata orang, lain padang lain belalangnya kan..

Jadi aku harap dengan adanya blog ni dapatlah sedikit sebanyak membantu rakan-rakan yang bercita-cita nak menyambung pelajaran di Belanda terutamanya Wageningen University. Dari mana nak mula yea....??

Kenapa aku pilih Wageningen University??

''To start the procedure I need a number of documents and some additional information. Could you please send me the following documents:

  • A copy (scan) of all the written and stamped pages of your passport (so also the pages with other visa etc.)
  • A copy (scan) of your MSc diploma and/or Doctor’s degree (PhD), and an official translation of this document.
  • A CV
  • A copy (scan) of the document in which the grant/scholarship has been awarded to you or other proof of income in which the amount per month and the period of validity is mentioned.
The additional information I would like to receive:

  • At which Dutch Embassy in your country do you want to get your MVV issued, once approved?
  • What is your marital status?
  • What is your home address?
  • Are you coming alone?
  • Have you ever lived in the Netherlands before?
If you want to come to the Netherlands with family members, you need permission from your supervisor, due to the housing problems in Wageningen. Apart from that you need to send additional documents, like passports, birth certificates and/or your marriage certificate according to the requirements, so please let me know as soon as possible.

I would also like to ask you to prepare a copy of your original birth certificate  and a recent translation of this document by a sworn translator (not older than three months), and have it legalised at the Dutch Embassy (apostilled). This document should be brought when coming to the Netherlands. As soon as this document is ready I would appreciate you sending it to me by e-mail to enable me to see whether it is meeting the requirements of the Dutch Authorities. You will need this document when you will register as a temporary inhabitant of Wageningen at the Town Hall of Wageningen. Only official documents like birth certificates and, if applicable, marriage certificates or divorce certificates need to be legalised by the Dutch Embassy (or in some countries  apostilled). Please note, the original documents should stay attached to the question form, the translation and the legalisation and should be brought when coming to the Netherlands.

When you are married and you don’t take the legalized marriage certificate with you, the city hall will register you as single, not married. This may have consequences when your partner wants to visit you later. He/she might have problems applying for a Short Stay Visa or MVV visa when your marriage is not registered.

All documents should be translated into Dutch, English, French or German preferably in English or Dutch. Please send me the documents as soon as possible as scanned versions attached to an e-mail in JPG or PDF-files. As soon as I have all the documents and answers, in addition to the documents our organisation has to provide, I will apply for your entry visa (MVV). When your visa application is approved, I will send you an e-mail and you can collect your visa at the Dutch Embassy. When you have the visa in your passport, you can book an air ticket to the Netherlands and inform me about your arrival. We strongly advise you not to book an airplane ticket before you have the visa issued!!''

Lepas siap cabutan (siap on d spot je), aku hantar p translate kat mahkamah, pastu, p wisma putra utk cop oleh Ministry of Foreign Affair Malaysia. Lepas dah siap tu, baru p Dutch embassy. Yg ni, sume by hand. Tapi, doc lain utk buat visa, sume aku emel pd officer WUR. Dia uruskan semuanya, then, bila dah siap visa, dia emel aku suruh call embassy utk wat appoinment, n settle kan cop2 ni.. pastu, aku p surrender passport di embassy by hand.

Jom tidooo...zzzzzz.....
